I have enough Microsoft points to download two courses to my profile, but I play a lot of local games with my friends on my console. So, basically I’m asking, can they play the courses on their profiles too?

I dont really play that game but knowing microsoft you will be able to play them on the profiles on the console only
Yes, as long as you’re playing on the console you downloaded them to, they have access to the DLC for that game, and any others you might have purchased DLC for. For that matter, as long as you’re logged onto someone else’s console with your gamertag live on their machine, they should have access to it there as well, after you download it.
