Is Bo Jackson the best athlete ever?

Bo Jackson was a freak.
Played for the LA Raiders, now known as the Oakland Raiders.
He also played for the Kansas City Royals.
He is the only person to be an NFL Pro bowler and an MLB Allstar.
He also played Semi-pro basketball.
So is Bo Jackson the best athlete ever?

He was great, but there have been others who did even more.
