You’re right about them winning the AL. I have them beating the Atlantis Sasquatches in 5 but I don’t know if they can beat the Narnia Unicorns in the WS
yes america’s team, the kansas city royals have a chance to win the world series
but only because every other team’s star players were all caught using roids near the end of the season, thus causing all the other teams to lose, while the royals, who have basically 1 star, keep winning and win the pennant. same thing happens in the NL, allowing the pirates to also reach the lowest viewed world series in history
Yes but they have to beat the Blue Jays and Orioles in the playoffs first. Pirates have to watch out for those pesky Nationals. Adam Dunn is batting .390 next season.
adding Jason Kendall was a HUGE pickup, but i’m just not sure it’ll be enough to get the Royals past the Orioles in the Division Championship Series.
And then it’s pretty much guaranteed that it’ll be the Nationals from the NL. I like their strategy of only playing 5 innings per game last year so that they’d all be rested and ready to compete this coming season.
i’m so sick of hearing about the Royals. they’re all ESPN ever talks about.
Anything is possible. The Angels going into 2002 were predicted to finish in the bottom of the AL West and went on to have a successful season. Keep your head high, the great thing about sports is the unexpected. In other words, any team can beat out their opponent and win.

Who said that?… the season never started yet.
Wait and then we’ll be able to tell because I have no clue even though I want the Yanks to win again.
Another stupid, "America’s Team" post. How many more hydrocephalic* fools are we going to suffer?
Sarge
*hydrocephalic..increased fluid around the brain.
Well, as America’s team I hope so! They’re probably a few sticks short in reality, but wouldn’t it be fun!
Hahahaha are George Brett, Frank White, Bret Saberhagen, and Dan Quisenbury back?
this year? What are you smoking!?
Well, every team has a chance to win the World Series. Some teams more than others.
Well it’s not impossible. Unlikely, but not impossible.
Not when they have to compete with the Twins, White Sox, and Tigers.

When did the Royals become America’s team? They’re not my team, and my team can kick their @ss.
Go Twins.
No the royals are awful and so are the pirates

Probability 1/1000. Royals vs Pirates, wow, never would even dream of it.
They won’t even make the wild card and probably will lose 95 games or more….
No Way.
The royals are not going to win the world series. That’s like saying the nets are going to win the NBA championship.
that marijuana you on got u crazy
The REAL America’s Team, the Pittsburgh Pirates, will sweep them in the World Series!
