I am an Indians fan and have been for life. This season is over for them. If by turn-around you mean not in last in the division, I think they can get ahead of the Royals. The Indians suffer from a lack of consistency at bat and the bullpen has too many question marks. Perez hopefully will continue to get saves though, as the situations present themselves. I think the starting pitching has at least been a strong point, but when the offense is barely producing, it's tough for a staff to handle. If the bats go on fire the Tribe might make a nice run, but the playoffs are out of sight for this season.

You know, I'm starting to think the same thing.

The Indians aren't that good, but the rest of the competition in their division is just crumbling. Minnesota's starting pitching has been absolutely worthless for the past 6 weeks. Guys who were 12 and 15 game winners in previous seasons are routinely getting knocked out in the 3rd inning. And the Tigers seem to be on a losing streak for some reason, too.

Realistically, the Indians (at 14 games under .500) don't have a shot to compete this season. But it's starting to look like nobody else in the Central does, either!

Let me guess. This is one of those sucker questions, where the person who kisses up to the asker the most gets 10 points.

I don't see it happening this year. Or the next, for that matter. But the Indians have been investing heavily in the farm system, and it could pay serious dividends in a couple of years.

Completely false. They're flyin high right now, but don't worry they'll come back down to Earth soon. But, hey, they have a 6 game winning streak so good for them.

I doubt it---afterall Cleveland just played the Tigers last weekend. Sweeping them is not accomplishment as they are a rather inept team. They were hope team against Minnesota so two of three is pretty much expected when you're at home.

Having seen how Manny Acta manages first hand I will have to say false.

It's good to see the tribe on a hot streak with 6 in a row. The city of Cleveland could use a spark these days.
