Consistent pitching probably has to go either to the Rays or Angels just because bullpen and starting pitching have to be considered, and both those teams have a good balance. Timely hitting is pretty much every team that's in the playoffs, every one of these times had to have timely hitting to win those games that put them over the top of other teams who were close in the standings, to this point each team has had their share of key hits in timely situations. Rays have played well against all the teams in the playoffs, so they realistically have as good a shot as anyone, the only thing I'd count against them is experience, but that obviously doesn't make a huge difference in some cases.
