I went to the chicago white sox game yesterday, but it was canceled because of the rain. Today they are making it up. there are two game going on today. the second game is the make up game. Do you know if you can get into both games with the same ticket as the make up game.???

Not any longer. Up until about 15-20 years ago, you would have been able to see both games. Nowaday’s though, due to money, greed, and more money and greed, your ticket is only good for the make up game and park is cleared out. Hence you don’t see true doubleheaders any longer (rarely). You now see what’s known as "day-night" doubleheaders.

No but you can exhange Friday’s ticket for a future game.

All exchanges should be made at the U.S. Cellular Field Box Office, either by mail (333 W. 35th Street, Chicago, IL 60616) or in person.

Let me check it depends how it is set up, if it is a day night double hitter, then no, if they go back to back then yes.

First game at 2:30 second at 6:30, so I would say yep it looks like you can.

I would call first alot of times they will just give you a raincheck for a different game.

I was no help at all was I?

Every team handles this differently.

I went to the Cubs a few years ago for a couple weekend games. Friday was a rainout; Saturday they played a doubleheader. They gave everyone with Friday tickets refunds; those tickets wouldn’t get fans into the Saturday doubleheader. Fans with Saturday tickets got to see both games.

Thankfully I had tickets for both Fri and Sat… I’m sure a few Fri-only people were pretty ticked.
