Without question … the St. Louis Cardinals. Great team, great history, great baseball town, great fans. Chicago does have them beat hands-down when it comes to pizza though!
The St. Louis Cardinals. Have one of the best histories in the franchise of the MLB. Produced some of the best players like Stan Musial, Bob Gibson, and Lou Brock.
Also, Albert Pujols could carry the team a long way. Who do the Cubs have, Soriano? lol. The White Sox have a good pitcher and that is it. The only reason I would root for Cubs is because of Wrigley field. Otherwise, go for the Cards.
none of them, the cards and cubs are in my teams(REDS) division
and i never liked the White Sox.
if i did HAVE to pick one, id say the Cards(the road to the playoffs havent gone through cincinati for a while anyway) because i would like to see Pujols and Carpenter get another WS. But i couldnt root against the REDS
The Chicago Cubs. I can’t imagine what it’s like for their fans to have suffered for 101 years without a championship. They haen’t even BEEN to the world series since 1945. How can you not support an underdog like that? They deserve to win a championship.
I was born a Cubs fan. My Dad tried out for the Cubs in 1915, when they still played in West Side Grounds, the old wooden ballpark. They won the NL Pennant the year (1932) I was born. I saw my first game at Wrigley Field in 1936 (one year before the Bleachers and Ivy. Even though I moved to California in 1963, I will be a Cubs fan FOREVER.
they have a long suffering franchise that’s gone 102 years without winning a World Series and I’d love to see them break through. I know what it was like when my Red Sox were in the midst of an 86 year drought
Tough one. I lived in St. Louis for a while, so i went to a lot of games there. But then again, the Cubs haven’t won in so long. I guess i’ll go with the Cubbies.
Cubs. As a lifelong Red Sox fan, I had always felt like I had a lot in common with the Cubs fans. Of course, we ended our curse, but I still know how they feel.
As a Twins fan I can only cheer for the White Sox if their winning benefits the Twins in the standings. I cheer for the Cubs or the Cardinals if they’re playing one of our central division rivals during interleague play.
Maybe the Cardinals–great winning tradition, some of great all-timers. I’m assuming that you have a geographical justification for any of these three midwest teams. Maybe the White Sox–I like Ozzie Guillen. The Cubs? meh…kind of like the mid-West Yankees, except that they are LOOSERS.

Cardinals. Pujols is a great player, one of my favorites. Plus, they beat my team in 2006…

Cardinals. i just always liked them. (besides my favorite team of course)
Chicago White Sox.
Well, the reason why is simply because I am a fan of the Chicago White Sox.
Cubs. I hate the Cardinals and I would like to see the Cubs win the World Series.

I live down the street from Wrigley Field!

Sarge
I like the Yankees, but probably the Cardinals out of those three teams
Cubs, I despise the Cardinals, and really am not too hot on the AL either, so if the Mets don’t win, I hope the Cubs do.
Atlanta Braves but if I had to choose between one of them I would say the Cubs because they are underated.
I’d root for the Chicago Cubs

Go Twins!
Birds on the Bat, do I really need to say y
the cubs because i want to see them win a world series
Chicago Cubs. They need a little love, lol <3
I’d love to see them break that long World Series drought!

The Cardinals because they have the best hitter in the game.
Chicago Cubs
Chicago Cubs. They all have heart and that’d be cool to say every year "This is the year."
Out of those, the Chicago Cubs, I like them, and my dad likes them too because he lived in Chicago when he was younger, they’re our favorite NL team!
